Shawn has been with Silver Creek Property Care for over 10 years and has made it what it is today. Shawn has personal connections with his clients and works hard to serve them with excellence.

Living in South Carolina for most of his life, Matthew is now returning to his birthplace, the beautiful state of Colorado. After doing church ministry for 10 years, Matthew realized his passion for entrepreneurship and has since started YellowDog Lawn Care (2010) in Columbia, SC and also Grace Coffee Company in Clemson, SC. When Matthew is not serving Silver Creek clients, you can find him at Colorado Boy Brewery, or out and about the town of Ridgway with his yellow lab "Good Boy Gauge."

As Supervisor for Silver Creek Property Care, Gauge oversees all operations, takes multiple naps a day so he is well rested, and shows love to all of our clients. Be sure to stop and say hello when you see Good Boy Gauge, as he's in Ouray and Ridgway every day.

A resident of South Carolina, Michaela has spent the last decade in the classroom, teaching elementary and middle level students. Embracing a season of change, Michaela is grateful for the opportunity to serve as Executive Assistant for her brother’s business this summer. When Michaela is not serving Silver Creek clients, you can catch her on stage with her 80’s rock cover band or catching some rays at the pool with her family.
